At 360Juniors Preschool & Day Care, our journey began with a simple dream: to create a place where education goes beyond books and tests. A place where childhood is celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and learning feels like play.

With over two decades of experience in education, our founder and team realized that true growth comes when a child is nurtured in all aspects—body, mind, heart, and spirit. That is why we built our preschool around the idea of 360° Development, focusing not only on academics but also on values, creativity, emotional well-being, and life skills.

From the moment children step into 360Juniors, they are welcomed into a world filled with colors, stories, music, laughter, and care. Our classrooms are designed like discovery zones, our play areas become adventure lands, and our teachers serve not just as guides, but as extended family.

Me & Mom (1 to 2 years)

A bonding-based program where toddlers explore their first learning experiences with mothers through songs, play, and sensory activities. Focus: emotional security, imitation, and recognition.

Kindergarten (4 to 6 years)

Nursery (3 to 4 years)

A gentle step into preschool with structured play, socialization, and motor skill development. Focus: language beginnings, independence, and routine building.

Comprehensive learning with language, math, science, and creative arts. Focus: school readiness, problem-solving, confidence, and holistic growth.

Evening Activity Class (2 to 10 years)

Day Care (2 to 10 years)

Early learning through stories, rhymes, and hands-on activities of Fine & Gross Motor growth. Focus: basic literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social interaction.

Engaging activities like art, music, dance, and skill-building sessions. Focus: creative expression, reading & writing with brain gym activities, hobbies, and overall personality development.

With over 20 years of experience, Chirag has served as a teacher, principal, trustee, and Edupreneur. From 2004 to 2014, he led Shree Vivekananda Education Campus, and later became a Cluster Partner of Shanti Juniors, gaining deep expertise in early childhood education.Chirag Sakariya’s journey in education began with a simple belief – “Every child deserves the right environment to grow into a confident, kind, and capable individual.”

He is the founder of 360Juniors Preschool & Day Care, designed to nurture children in a 360° way—physically, mentally, socially, intellectually, spiritually, and linguistically. His company Befirst Business Consultant is also partners with Toondemy as a Business Development Partner in Gujarat, driving innovation in early education.

Expanding his vision further, Chirag founding partner of Causeva Consultancy, a firm dedicated to empowering NGOs, schools, and educational institutions with strategies, training, and sustainable solutions. Through Causeva, he continues to support organizations in creating lasting impact in the education and social sector.

Chirag is a Founding Member of GIPSA (Gujarat Independent Preschool Association) and the founder of the Preschool Association of Rajkot, uniting educators for stronger learning ecosystems. Through the Shrinathji Foundation, he extends his mission into education, health, agricuture, social enterprise and community building.

👉 His ultimate aim: to provide a platform to the community where children, parents, teachers, and society grow together.

At heart, he remains a true believer that education is not just about teaching—it’s about touching lives.
